• Service and processing fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Service Interruptions

• Skyward Booking will assist in securing alternate arrangements when possible.

5. Disputes & Resolution

• If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside these conditions, please submit a formal request with documentation.
• We aim to resolve refund-related disputes within 14 business days of receiving your complete request.
